1. Shipping & Delivery

Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide the option to ship available items, wait for a restock, or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping Fees: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier performance, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for physical products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
2. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@evemberg.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
3. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs charges. If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at support@evemberg.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include:

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

Personal care or hygiene products (if the seal is broken or the product has been used).
6. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days).
